Our Boot Camp brings together the best elements of every training style into one powerful, coach-led outdoor workout. Expect a mix of strength training, bodyweight conditioning, cardio endurance, boxing drills, and core work — designed to keep every session fresh, challenging, and fun. Each workout is scalable for all fitness levels, so beginners feel welcome and regulars stay motivated. You’ll improve mobility, build functional strength, enhance cardiovascular health, and boost confidence — all in a friendly, high-energy community setting. Whether you’re pulling, pushing, jumping, sprinting, or punching pads, every Boot Camp session delivers a full-body challenge that leaves you feeling stronger, fitter, and ready for anything. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling To cancel or reschedule, please contact your coach directly via WhatsApp or Dockside Fitness via email at least 24 hours in advance. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be charged in full. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients. Refunds Packages are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase, and once sessions have started, they are fully non-refundable. Sharing Packages Some packages allow sharing between two people (as stated in package descriptions). Please confirm before purchase.
