For your Massage & Rehabilitation plan, we combine exactly the treatments and exercises you need to recover faster, move better, and keep injuries at bay. Sessions can include hands-on massage, targeted rehab exercises, stretching, mobility work, and the use of specialist tools — all tailored to your needs and progress.

We take a personal approach — you might have regular massage appointments with added rehab sessions on the off days, or combine treatment with guided exercise to build strength and prevent future issues. The structure is completely flexible: weekly sessions, twice a week, or even intensive blocks if you want to fast-track recovery.

Your plan can be shaped around your schedule, budget, and goals — whether that’s resolving a nagging injury, improving posture, boosting sports performance, or simply feeling your best every day. The more consistent and regular your sessions, the better your long-term results.

Pricing:

  • Trial Session (45 min) — £40

  • Standard Session (60 min) — £70

  • 10-Session Pack (60 min each) — £630

Packages can be booked individually or as part of a customised recovery plan. The more consistent your sessions, the greater your long-term results.
