Our outdoor Small Group Training classes are designed to challenge your body, boost your fitness, and build lasting strength — whether you’re a complete beginner, a seasoned athlete, or somewhere in between.
Led by our experienced coaches, every session is tailored to suit all fitness levels. You’ll work through a variety of dynamic, full-body exercises that combine strength, cardio, and functional movements — keeping every class fresh, exciting, and results-driven.
Training takes place outdoors at Ropemaker’s Field, using a mix of specialist fitness equipment and bodyweight exercises to maximise performance and calorie burn. With expert guidance, motivation, and a supportive community, you’ll push past limits, improve your conditioning, and leave every session feeling stronger, fitter, and more energised.
