About Dockside Fitness
Dockside Fitness is an inclusive outdoor training community in Poplar, East London, founded and led by Mark Finn, a highly experienced coach with over 25 years in the fitness industry.
We believe true fitness is about more than just exercise — it’s a holistic approach to training the body, mind, and spirit. Every session is designed to challenge you physically, build mental resilience, and lift your mood, so you leave feeling stronger in every way.
Our main training base is Ropemaker’s Field, combining the energy of outdoor workouts with expert, personalised coaching. Other locations are available by special request.
Whether you’re joining us for a single class, committing to a monthly plan, or working on recovery after injury, you’ll find a friendly, supportive community that keeps you motivated.
From high-energy Bootcamp sessions to tailored Personal Training, specialist Massage & Rehabilitation, and focused Body Blitz programmes, we offer everything you need to train smarter, feel better, and achieve your goals. We welcome both individual clients and corporate group bookings for team-building, wellness days, or regular staff training sessions.

I am the founder and director of Dockside Fitness, with over 25 years of professional experience in the fitness industry.
I specialise in high-intensity training, bodyweight conditioning, and calisthenics — dynamic, effective methods that deliver real results.
I also design tailored classes for back rehabilitation and care, combining functional movement with expert guidance to support recovery and prevent future issues.
Whether you’re chasing performance goals, starting your fitness journey, or coming back from injury, my mission is to create a challenging, supportive, and fun environment where you can thrive.
