Use all the modalities of movement to improve overall mobility and joint function Row, step, slide, pull, bounce and ride your way to a fitness. Consistency is key, injury prevention while continuing progression is the goal. All activities are low impact and multi levelled in ability. Progression in a cardio-vascular activity can be monotonous and hard to sustain. In a group with various fitness levels over different exercises can be inspiring for the soul and motivating for the body!
