A MMA based circuit class including pads for technique and focus, punch and kick bags for aggression release and power. Footwork and shadow boxing drills for speed and mobility, mat based full body conditioning for muscular endurance. This is a fitness class for all levels and age groups. it’s a total body workout, combining strength with cardio together. The nature of MMA includes a lot of core muscles and muscles that regularly are neglected inside a gym. The true purpose of any martial art is to be both a physical and mental warrior. This will train all of your coping mechanics against stress such as decision making, fear, confidence, and anger, and will also make you feel good while doing it!
