I am the founder and director of Dockside Fitness with +25 years profession in the fitness industry.
I focus on high-intensity training, body weight training, and calisthenics. I also design bespoke classes that help with
back rehabilitation and care.
I have +27 years of fitness experience. I offer personal training with a focus on primal flow bodyweight training, sports conditioning but also maternity and senior care.
I'm a personal trainer that specialises in sports performance training/ strength & conditioning and boxing.
I've been in sports all my life from representing my nation in rugby to boxing at the o2.
