I started training with Mark Finn and Dockside Fitness right after I had my first baby. I was keen to get back to my pre-baby weight as quickly as possible. I had tried other fitness classes in the area geared towards moms and babies and didn’t find them physically challenging. Mark’s sessions provide the perfect combination of cardio and strength training. In 6 months, I’m back to my pre-baby weights and I feel like I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in.

Being able to train together with our baby gives us more time back. It’s also great fun and we love being outside - it never seems to be that cold! The sessions are tailored so it doesn’t matter that we have different levels of fitness or areas of focus. Mark and his team are really friendly and know their stuff. Our son loves hanging out in the park too. We feel very lucky to have this on our doorstep.
