Mark is a fantastic trainer, focusing on core strength and actual body movement rather than boring static exercises. He is a great motivator with so much variety in his locker – he’s ability to constantly reinvent never ceases to amaze me.
He’s also a top guy to boot! I can’t recommend dockside fitness enough.
